Service Description
This course is designed to support organizations in improving workforce health, reducing absenteeism, and sustaining employee productivity across different life stages. It focuses on two critical areas affecting today’s workforce: the management of common chronic conditions and the development of a healthy, effective ageing workforce. In the first component, participants will gain practical knowledge on managing lifestyle-related conditions such as diabetes and hypertension, which are among the leading contributors to absenteeism, presenteeism, and long-term medical costs. The course translates medical concepts into easy-to-understand workplace actions, helping employees make informed daily choices related to nutrition, physical activity, stress management, and health monitoring. In the second component, the course introduces evidence-based longevity and healthy ageing insights, enabling employees to understand how long-term health behaviours influence energy levels, cognitive performance, and functional capacity as they age. Participants will learn how to adopt sustainable habits that support vitality, resilience, and continued contribution to the organization over the long term. By the end of the program, participants will be better equipped to take ownership of their health, reduce health-related work disruptions, and contribute to a healthier, more productive, and age-resilient workforce.
