For training programmes, workshops, events and other paid services, cancellation and refund arrangements may be specified in the relevant registration form, quotation, invoice or other applicable terms.

Where no specific refund terms have been provided, refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the timing of the cancellation and any costs or commitments already incurred.

For consultancy, ESG reporting, training development and other professional services, fees may become non-refundable once work has commenced or resources have been committed to the engagement.

If Wellness Land & People cancels a programme or service and cannot provide a suitable alternative, we will communicate the available options, which may include postponement, transfer or a refund where appropriate.

To request a refund or discuss a cancellation, please contact us with your name, the relevant programme or service and details of your request.

Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to exclude or restrict any rights or remedies available to you under applicable Malaysian law.
